District Academic Achievement Profile

The District Academic Achievement Profile is an annual publication started by Des Moines Public Schools in 2013 to provide, under one cover, a review of a variety of assessment tools used during the previous school year and highlight the growth being made by students at all grade levels.

Among the information included in this report are district-wide results of the Iowa Assessments, the Basic Reading Inventory (BRI), the Scholastic Reading Inventory (SRI), the Scholastic Math Inventory (SMI), Explore, Advanced Placement (AP) exams, and the ACT college entrance exam.
