The inaugural performance of the Roosevelt STEP team took place during halftime of the North High vs. Roosevelt basketball game on Friday, February 3rd. The program, which started this year, has been an example of how engaging young ladies in a school-sponsored extra-curricular program that is relevant and meaningful to them, can have a positive impact on their lives and academic focus.
