Schools across the district have been helping students make healthier choices and Goodrell Middle School is leading the way. We talk with vice principal Deb Markert and Healthy Choices teacher John Walling about the changes Goodrell has made for the benefit of students.

Goodrell Middle School has made positive changes over the past few years to encourage students to eat healthy and become more active. Last month they received a Healthier School Gold Medal from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
