From DMACC and the state regent universities to Americorps to businesses such as Hy-Vee, more than 40 organizations spoke to students at East High School about opportunities for employment and education after graduation. Thanks to United Way of Central Iowa and the Evelyn K. Davis Center for their support of the fifth annual Youth Opportunity Career Fair, where more than 800 East students had a chance to gather ideas for future plans.
