For the fourth time in five years, East is in the state girls’ high school basketball tournament. The Scarlets take on Waterloo West on Wednesday at 1:30 at Wells Fargo Arena. A pep rally at the school featured state competitors in debate, speech, wrestling, special olympics basketball, and girls basketball. Good Luck Scarlets!
